How do I receive my ebook?+
After checkout, your digital guide delivery will be delivered automatically.
Are these digital products?+
Yes. Blackstar sells downloadable digital game ebooks, along with a license key. No physical item is shipped.
Do you offer refunds?+
Refunds for digital downloads are limited. If there is a delivery issue, contact support with your order details. Refunds, if permitted, will be compensated in the format of website credit.
How often are Products updated?+
They are kept up to date per game update and when needed. All the updates are posted in the discord channel.
